Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join our expanding engineering team. In this role, you will provide engineering design and leadership for private land development projects, ensuring top-notch results and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive design plans, construction documents, reports, and other project-related materials using your civil engineering expertise.
  • Model pressurized systems for various water and wastewater initiatives.
  • Perform roadway and drainage analysis and design.
  • Lead residential, municipal, and commercial site development projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in civil engineering design and site development.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and other relevant engineering design software.
  • P.E. license preferred; however, we welcome strong E.I.T. candidates who can obtain their P.E. within 12 months.
